Reporters Without Borders' Press Freedom Ranking

Reporters Without Borders just came out with its annual ranking of press freedom. With the U.S. tied for 36th (with Bosnia, Taiwan, Cape Verde, South Africa, and Spain) and Israel at 46th, the main lesson to take away is that economic prosperity does not guarantee a free press. Peace does.

And who was on the bottom? China, Vietnam, Cuba, Burma, Turkmenistan, North Korea, Eritrea.
