Wonderful travel series on Chinese food

This is a real gem.  Two Chinese chefs raised in the West visit various regions in China and try (and cook) the local cuisine.  It's simply amazing.  And you get a glimpse of the people and how they are affected by the country's phenomenal development.

Part 1, Beijing:

October is looking pretty busy, so I'm not going to be posting much.  As such, I'll be posting more episodes of this series as tasty filler.
