Zoolander, the Citroen SM, and the World Trade Center

Zoolander is on FX right now.  I remember seeing this movie at a Midtown theater in October 2001.  It was controversial because Ben Stiller erased a shot of the World Trade Center from the movie.  The other creepy link to 9/11-- In the trailer for the 2006 Oliver Stone film World Trade Center, there is footage of the shadow cast by the first plane next to a billboard for Zoolander.

The other thing worth noting is the US-spec Citroen SM in the movie.

Totally random thoughts, but these are the things that come to mind.
