Just looking at Yeltsin's expression, I think I can empathize... What were they thinking?

@MTC: Oh, it's legit. I read about it in my SPAM book. (Yeah, I know.) When Yeltsin visited the Midwest, he was given a can. Apparently, in an earlier visit to the Midwest by Gorby, he was given a can too. I can't find a picture of Gorby with SPAM, unfortunately.
The book also features a Korean SPAM gift set/box. It even comes with a little container of oil to fry said SPAM.
