TSX sold in less than 9 hours

Am going through some separation anxiety right now.

After gathering up all the service records, I dropped off the TSX at Buggy Bank.  It's not a consignment store per se.  You leave your car there and set an asking price.  The people there advertise it and let people test drive it and take it to the mechanic.  When the prospective buyer is ready to make an offer, Buggy Bank gives them the owner's contact info.  A deal is negotiated (hopefully).  The parties then meet at Buggy Bank, sign the docs, and exchange money/keys.

Here are my tips for a fast sale:
1. Clean your car and try to address minor cosmetic issues before bringing it to Buggy Bank.
2. Have the car smogged beforehand.
3. Have title in hand.
4. Set a reasonable asking price that is a little bit on the high end.  Mine was between KBB Excellent and Good conditions.
5. Be available when the prospective buyer calls.
6. Be willing to negotiate.  The final price was 7% off the asking price.

Buggy Bank charged me a flat $410 fee.  The buyer paid nothing.  It might be a bit high, considering how the car was barely on the lot and wasn't even advertised yet.  But then again, the car is GONE.
