Apparently headlights/tailights are some of the most costly things to develop for a car. Many kit/component car companies use existing lights( to save on development/replacement cost) and fashion their respective bodies around them. Pretty ironic that Jaguar would use a lowly Rover tailight for its supercar.
Perhaps lowly, but consider that the engine is also Rover ...
I wonder why they cost so much to develop.
