Speaking of gray-market importers in the eighties, a friend of mine's father did just that for a living when he was growing up. Their daily driver was an LM002, toys varied between a Countach, a 959, a 288 GTO and a couple of 512BBs - this guy's family photo albums depict the family life you dreamed of as a wee gearhead.
