Fiat 500 Turbo
We test drove the Turbo and the base Pop model yesterday. Both had manual transmissions. I'll write more about the differences soon. Suffice it to say, the Pop drove like an average compact car. The Turbo was fun. The Turbo will probably replace the Civic early next year.

Abarth is too boy racer for you guys?
@mtc: It's for the wife. I think the Turbo is plenty sporty (and loud) for her. It is only a few thousand dollars more though. I was surprised by the small price difference.
If I am not mistaken US Turbo is Abarth in Europe. And US Abarth is Abarth Esseesse in Europe which is Abarth with few performance parts installed. Hence little price difference
The 500 Turbo seems like a nice choice. It is quick, efficient, and does not take up a lot of room. I generally think of it in the same vein as a Mini but with less upfront cost.
