I've never tried it. I'm not a fan of liver. I was force fed liver as a child. hehe
When does the ban take effect?
@F1O: I think the ban happens in June.
I saw this on Bourdain's Layover show last night. Some great LA eateries.
Bourdain is my hero, I've seen him live and voraciously devoured anything he's ever written or filmed.
Banning Foie Gras is absurd on multiple levels.
Going back home to Chicago for a week next month and I plan on eating as many duck sausages with sauterne, black truffle and foie gras as I can stand at Hot Doug's - the world's foremost hero against the heinous anti-foie villains.
