Could be very tasty but is def. not Estonian (I am and I've never seen this in my 40+ years).
Estonian dishes are German type mainly: potatoes, meat, sauce. Sometimes fish or mushrooms. Soups and salads are maybe more borrowed from Nordics or from Russia. Very few truly Estonian/regional dishes actually.
