Eating the Globe: Estonia

Chicken from Tallinn. I got the recipe from The Globe and Mail. It was delicious. Just go easy on the red pepper flakes. We are a bit suspicious of its authenticity, as the ingredients are more Mediterranean than Baltic. But if you can't trust the Canadian media, who can you trust?

  1. Could be very tasty but is def. not Estonian (I am and I've never seen this in my 40+ years).
    Estonian dishes are German type mainly: potatoes, meat, sauce. Sometimes fish or mushrooms. Soups and salads are maybe more borrowed from Nordics or from Russia. Very few truly Estonian/regional dishes actually.
