If you want great driving roads, Miami (and Florida in general) has nothing on Colorado - Independence Pass is one of the most amazing pieces of roads I've ever driven on.
If you want good food, especially Latin food, Colorado has nothing on Miami - The one Cuban restaurant in Denver is extremely overpriced, the food is a disgrace, and everyone thinks it's amazing.
