Eating the Globe: Sri Lanka
The chicken rotis were sold out by the time I grabbed lunch at 1:30 today, so I settled for the vegetarian roti. It was still pretty good. It looked benign enough-- cauliflower, chickpeas, peas-- but it was very spicy.
I have now completed all of South Asia. Friday, I am going to try Liberian.
