North Korean airline in-flight video
Air Koryo, North Korea's air carrier, just began non-stop service between Shanghai and Pyongyang. Note the intro at around the 2:00 mark.

You would imagine the NKoreans would try to at least hide a little of their insanity from the foreigners that will take those flights... but no.
the thing is, they don't know that they are insane. it's not something that can be turned on/off like a switch.
this really is them believing they are putting their best face forward.
