I saw this today near the Bay Bridge. It's got Michigan manufacturer's plates, is right hand drive, and has the front end of a Maserati Quattroporte.

I turn into a mega geek whenever I spot prototypes out testing in the wild. Once I scared my poor wife into thinking I was having some sort of attack behind the wheel.
@Alan. It looked similar to a QP's. I know exactly how you feel. I saw some kind of Lincoln prototype with Michigan mfr plates earlier this month in San Francisco. It looked like a huge chromed out PT cruiser. I was so excited and tried to check out the driver to see if it was a famous auto journalist.
