The World Is Not Enough (1999) Chase One
During the Thames River boat chase, Bond's jet boat makes a brief appearance on land before going back into the water.

Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) Chase Two
Carver captures Bond and Wai Lin, played by Mrs. Jean Todt of Ferrari fame. They escape onto the streets of Vietnam handcuffed and steal a BMW motorcycle. They are promptly chased by at least two Range Rovers. I say at least two because two were damaged during the chase but moments later, (another?) two flawless Rovers are seen chasing the BMW again.
A helicopter takes over the chase. The highlights include the BMW jumping over the copter and Bond bringing the chopper down with a clothesline.

Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) Chase One
This is one of the few indoor car chase scenes and it features the BMW 750iL, the most gadget-laden Bond vehicle ever.
Bond uses his cell phone to beckon his Beamer. He jumps into the back seat via an open window. He controls the car with the phone.
Bond has to deal with the best cars Hamburg, Germany, has to offer: two Merc W126s, an Opel Senator, a Ford Scorpio, and a Ford tow truck.
The number of features and gadgets on the BMW is mind-boggling. They include: bullet-proof glass, sunroof-mounted rockets, tire puncture "jacks", self-inflating tires, and a saw hidden beneath the hood badge that will cut through metal in a snap.
The scene ends with Bond hopping out of the car. He lets the BMW jump over the roof of the parking garage and into an Avis rental office across the street.

Goldeneye (1995) Chase Two
Arguably one of the best 007 chase scenes. This is the one involving the T-55 tank.
Ourumov and Simonova take off in a chauffeur-driven GAZ. Bond chases them in a T-55 tank.
The chase officially begins with the T-55 crashing through the wall of a St. Petersburg compound.
The chase goes through streets, alleys, and sidewalks.
At the end of the alley sequence, two UAZ jeeps full of Russian soldiers crash.
The T-55 then chases another two UAZ jeeps and two Lada police cars. The four try to escape in reverse. At the same time, two more Lada police cars arrive to help. They end up crashing into the other four vehicles. The T-55 mows over all six of them.
The T-55 runs over more cars.
Then, the tank hits a pedestal at a traffic circle and ends up having a winged horse statue sitting atop it. The statue lands on two more Lada police cars, which promptly rear-end the tank.
The GAZ races to a waiting armored train. Bond leaves the T-55 on the train track and shoots the train. He jumps off of the tank right before the train crashes into the tank, destroying it.

Bond is being evaluated by Caroline, a psychologist sent by HQ. They ride in his DB5 in the south of France. Suddenly, a red Ferrari F355 driven by Xenia Onatopp joins Bond and they race to the bottom of the mountains.
The playful chase is shot at the same location as the infamous 450SEL 6.9 bazooka chase in Ronin (which, coincidentally, also co-stars Sean Bean). They almost hit a tractor and a group of cyclists. The chase is cut short on Caroline's orders.

License to Kill (1989) Chase Three
This is probably the most complicated and convoluted chase of the entire 007 series. I will try my best to sort it out in chronological order.
With Sanchez's cocaine factory in flames, he escapes in a Maserati Biturbo sedan with his driver and Truman-Lodge. They leave with a convoy of Kenworth tankers and a Jeep full of gunmen. Bouvier and Bond use a golf cart to get to Bouvier's plane.
Bond jumps onto one of the tankers from the plane. He kicks the driver out. The driver lands on the Maserati's hood. The Maserati's driver throws him off the car. The tankers are instructed not to let Bond's tanker pass. As Bond tries to pass one of the tankers, he nearly hits a Toyota pick-up truck coming from the opposite direction.
Bond rams one of the tankers into a mountainside, disabling it. Perez gets out of the Jeep and shoots at Bond's tanker with a shoulder-fired missile. Bond gets on two wheels. The missile misses Bond but hits the previously disabled tanker instead, blowing it up.
Bond's tanker than lands on the Jeep, crushing it. The henchmen from the Jeep shoot out Bond's tanker's tires with machine guns. He comes to a stop, with the trailer portion dangling over a cliff.
Bond releases the trailer portion. It rolls down a hill and hits and blows up another tanker. The explosion causes the Maserati to stop. Sanchez gets out of his car and then kills Truman-Lodge. Sanchez and his driver get in another tanker. Bond gets back in his tractor (sans tanker trailer). The guys from the Jeep get in a Dodge Ram pick-up truck.
Bond's tractor pops a wheelie and drives through the flaming debris of the tanker he hit with his runaway tanker. The Dodge tries to do the same but sets its tires on fire.
Bond sets his tractor on cruise control, gets on his hood, and jumps onto the tanker with Sanchez and his driver in it. The Dodge continues to follow and shoot at Bond. Bond opens the tanker's spigot, sending gasoline out. The Dodge's tire fires, combined with the trail of gas from the tanker, cause the Dodge to explode and go over a cliff, barely missing Bouvier's plane.
Sanchez shoots down Bouvier's plane. She survives. Sanchez's tanker stops suddenly, causing Bond to fall. Sanchez tries to kill Bond with a machete, but ends up cutting the brake line. The tanker moves again, with Bond and Sanchez fighting in the back. The tanker crashes. Bond blows up the tanker and Sanchez. Bouvier picks Bond up in the tractor he had previously abandoned. Whew.

Bond plants a bomb outside Sanchez's window at the Casino de Isthmus, which is in a fictitious Banana Republic eerily similar to Panama. Q picks Bond up outside the Casino in a Rolls-Royce. As they leave, a brown Caprice with a man inside follows them.
This is a short follow. Q drops Bond off a block away at an abandoned building. There, Bond has a clear shot at Sanchez. We later find out that the Caprice was driven by a British agent working in cooperation with narcs from Hong Kong.

Koskov and Necros chase Kara in a Defender 90 "disguised" to look like a UAZ. The disguise is not convincing. Kara drives her vehicle up and into the transporter plane Bond is taxiing down the runway (via cargo bay door).
Necros jumps onto the plane. Koskov does not pay attention and crashes head on into a plane that is landing. He jumps out of his vehicle right before it blows up.

Going Back to Philly
The much anticipated Season 4 premiere of the cult favorite It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia airs on September 18. Here is a video promo, set to LL Cool J's Going Back to Cali, directed by Fred Savage. Too bad there was no cameo by Electric Dream Machine (of Day Man fame).
