Currently, in San Francisco, there are 20 apps for parking (help finding a parking spot, help renting you a spot, on-demand valet parking, etc.). Now, there's an app that will fill up your fuel tank.

Here is a short interview with the CEO about the "legalities" of transporting and dispensing flammable liquids from the back of a pickup truck. I'm skeptical.
