Shelter Cove and Avenue of the Giants photos

I took a 1.5 day solo trip up to Humboldt County and had a relaxing time. Here are some photos I took with my Canon PowerShot.

I stayed at Inn of the Lost Coast. Room 304 again. It's the top corner room in the photo.

If I ever live on the coast north of San Francisco, I would want a house like this one.

The next morning, I took a long walk on the black sand beach. With the cliffs behind me and the black sand, the lighting was awful. And the white on top of those peaks was indeed snow. It had been a cold night.
