As you may recall, I tried the 23AndMe DNA test a while back because I wanted to find out more about my ancestry. I am not close with my father's side of the family and my mother was adopted. But because the sample size for Asians is small with the Euro-centric 23AndMe, I didn't learn much from the results.

My friend recently told me about WeGene, which is a DNA service based in China. Apparently, I can export my 23AndMe data to WeGene for free and it will spit out more specific/accurate results. It can even tell me if I'm northern Han or southern Han! I'm going to export the data now.
