Dabbawalas on strike

5,000 dabbawalas pick up and deliver 200,000 home cooked meals a day in Mumbai.  And for the first time ever, they are going on strike (in solidarity with anti-corruption hunger striker Anna Hazare).

This is how they do it-- without tracking codes!

According to a Forbes study, they make one mistake per 6,000,000 deliveries, even though they are almost all illiterate!
