Mind calming Japanese restaurant videos

I've been watching these for relaxation. Dude goes to traditional, divey, restaurants in Japan and just records the cooking and eating process. There's no talking. Like this:

I lived in Yokohama in the 1980s while working on a company project at IHI shipyard. A hobby of mine was searching for little hole in the wall cafes the way I only go to little hole in the wall Mexican restaurants. This video captures the atmosphere- low key and unrushed.
I loved these Tokyo driving videos the same way and copied maybe 30 of them years ago. Masterful.
