Just watched it the other day. One of my favorite docs.I recently read Marco Pierre White's autobiography, and 70% of the book was about Michelin stars and how they are earned - that a restaurant in a basement hallway with no restroom can attain 3 stars on the quality of food alone is just inconceivable. It really must be the best meal available anywhere on earth.I really hope to eat there one day, hopefully before old man Jiro passes. Also, I'm totally gay for Bourdain - coolest cat alive.Previous comment deleted for pervasive grammar and spelling errors. There really should be an edit function available for five minutes or so.
