Car washes and car detailers use the most random cars in their adverts. What is the make and model of this car? TVR?

Not a TVR, though I can see why you would guess it. Most likely some generic pastiche of random supercar bits.

Alan is probably right. It's either that or some random Japanese supercar. Like A Tommy Kaira maybe.
