Don't want to alarm you but wow, that is one worn driver seat for having just 88k miles! The passenger seat doesn't look much better either. Makes you wonder how well the previous owner took car of his car.
People never seem to condition leather. I guess people who buy expensive cars usually get rid of them before the leather starts cracking.
