Bond is snooping around in the underground garage next to Oh Cult Voodoo Shop. He sees Tee Hee, Solitaire, and three thugs get into Mr. Big's pimped out Cadillac.
Bond follows them in a Checker cab. The cab is in turn followed by CIA agent Harold Strutter in a blue Chevy coupe.
Bond follows the entourage to Fillet of Soul in the heart of Harlem.
