Not to steal Ramon's thunder (except I totally am), it's a Roewe 550 with matt wrap on the tail lights.
Fun fact: the Roewe 550 is based on Rover 75, which had panel gaps so large, that new ones look like they've been in an accident and poorly repaired.
Well done! I can only add that it was sold as a MG in Chile.
