I am at a loss as to where to go on vacation next year. The choices are Trans-Siberian railroad, Mongolia, Japan GP, Mexican resort, Big Island of Hawaii, Manhattan, Arctic Ocean in Alaska, or Central America. With my new job, I can't and don't want to take too long of a vacation (or too many), so I have to make my one trip count.
While researching Central America, I came upon this guy, who is my new hero.

Argentina allows 16 year olds to vote
