Eating the Globe: Benin


With Vanuatu kava the last "food" I can get from a Bay Area "restaurant", I will have to cook the rest of the meals for the series at home. Over the weekend, I watched a thought provoking 4-episode series called High On the Hog.


I made a chicken dish that came from the author of High On the Hog. Because the kids were going to eat it, I didn't put any spice in, which made it bland.
