Marketing the Ferrari Roma

I saw a promoted tweet about the Ferrari Roma. Something about chapter 4 of La Nuova Dolce Vita. Nice cinematography. But the verbal content was marketing gibberish.

The intro clip has 3,000,000 views.

But chapter one barely has 7,000.

After watching this uninspired series, I went on YouTube to see if there are any reviews. But it's just a bunch of social media influencers posting nonsense about the Roma. Ferrari let these know-nothings have access to the car!

Except this guy knows what he's talking about. But barely anyone (8,000 people) has watched it. While some lifestyle blogger is raking in millions of views. What a world.

Can Taiwan fend off a PRC invasion?

This is a sobering and detailed article that is definitely worth a read. And here's a video of a hypothetical bombing of an American base in Guam by a PRC bomber.

The Elkhart Collection

H/t to Rich. Dodgy guy with payroll company amassed applause-worthy car collection, which a bankruptcy judge ordered sold. Which cars would you buy? Here are my favorites:

Matt Farah's garage is finally open

If you listen to The Smoking Tire podcast, you've heard about Farah's garage project. Well, it's finally done. It's probably not the best time to open, but I wish him the best.

Japan's shut-ins

This is a pretty sobering article. Due to Japan's decades-long economic stagnation, millions of Gen Xers are living depressing lives at home with their parents, unemployed and without partners.
