Need your help, watch nerds!

I have not worn a wristwatch in over a decade. I am ready to get a nice one now. What is the watch equivalent of a 450SLC? My only parameter is that I have an unusually thin/skinny wrist.

    I'm wearing my Armourlite Isobrite Grand Slimline as I type this and recommend it.

    I'd go vintage to take advantage of the smaller sizes. I just picked up a Bulova Accutron Spaceview and love it.
