Rare Cars China interview coming soon

This very knowledgeable car guy in China documents cars he sees on the street on his Instagram account. His answers will fascinate you-- from how government officials are circumventing the edict to drive less flashy cars to the state of highway pavement. Stay tuned!

What a weird beast - the Dodge Stealth was a badge-engineered version of the Mitsubishi 3000GT/ GTO, concurred during the period Mitsubishi and Chrysler were in bed together in the 90s "Diamond Star Motors" joint-venture in the states. This is the first one of these bad boys I see here in China, and the black plate shows this is one of the first 7000 foreigner/ foreign-company registered cars imported into China in the 90s when this scheme existed - you could basically import any model car you wanted tax-free if you were a foreigner, and the first car imported under this scheme was China's first Ferrari, a 348TB which is sitting under covers in the basement of the Park Hyatt here...damn I'm living in this place at the wrong time! #Dodge #DodgeStealth #Stealth #Chrysler #Mitsubishi #Mitsubishi3000GT #3000GT #MitsubishiGTO #4wd #Beijing
