What is this car? A modern Corvette?

I saw this on the road today. Much bigger, wider, and flatter than the original. The vanity plate said "RESTO 63".

    It is a rebody kit on a C6 chassis. I have seen one in person at a local Cars and Coffee.

    Saw a green convertible version in Danville Sunday .
