My next target

It's in Palm Springs. I like the looks. I like the novelty. End of story.

  1. I actually totally like this idea. It's rare. It's a unicorn. The automaker is alive and well, so parts won't be an issue.

Some people poop on it for it being closely related to the Ford Mondeo (which we knew here as the Contour), but how is that any different from the Volvo V50 being related to the Focus, or the Saab 9-3 being related to the Chevrolet Malibu and Opel Vectra?

  2. So does that mean you passed on both Saab Wagons this weekend? Or is the Oil pan still missing on the 2006?

This one, I dunno - its a Jaaagg but really dont know reliability wise whats behind door #1

  4. @Francisco: Blue one had 4 owners and failed smog twice after less than 40,000 miles.

They told me yellow one was ready over the weekend. I went and they said it's in body shop. Front chin will take another week to source and install.

Jag is fully documented, including $6,000 worth of work in 2013. I'm passing.
