I've seen one of these in Edmonton and I couldn't figure out what it was! Being able to import 15-year-old cars adds a whole new dimension to car spotting :)
I saw this car when I visited Edmonton in October. I incorrectly identified it as a R'Nessa, another obscure Nissan wagon. Long live the 15yr old law. Spotting JDMs are fun.
