What I heard today from a political scientist on local TV is that is likely that after all the gestures and talk about democracy, nothing will happen and Franco will finish his mandate in 2013, and after the election things will turn to normal.
Just like with Honduras.
Brazil is proposing a softer approach to Franco than ALBA countries and Argentina. And Brazil is the heaviest dog here, of course. Chile is supposedly seconding the Brazilian approach.
