Seems like you saw the Saab tribute on Top Gear!... Which by the way was great, as I was expecting some bashing but was quite respectful to the brand instead.
@Viva and Edvin: You can get a brand new 2011/2012 9-5 here for $30,000 (original suggested retail price was $40,000). All of the nearby examples have automatics though.

ReplyDeleteIt was indeed pretty good, although I was expecting more about the 96, pre-gm 900 and 9000. I guess those were too obvious choices.

ReplyDeleteI'd be tempted despite the obvious downsides of a dead car manufacturer. I think it looks great and has a lot of presence.
ReplyDeleteI'd be tempted too, although $30.000 for a Saab might not that much of a deal. But the last 9-5 is strikingly beautiful anyway, so who cares.
