@Boys. Thanks! I am exhausted. Woke up at 4 am to catch a 6 am flight to phoenix. Took 4 hours for inspection and sale. 5 hour drive to Vegas was a breeze except got lost approaching Vegas sprawl. Outran a dust storm and hit a rain storm.
It's all a blur. I think the interior is black or dark gray but I'm sure there's a fancy word for it.
The Phaeton ownership experience can be best summed up as: Dating a freaky looking supermodel.
Seems like the Phaeton is even rarer in the US than I realized. They're not exactly common here either, but you do see one every once in a while (13 for sale in our tiny country ATM).
I saw a few of the new facelifted ones in Germany this summer (+ a few black VIP Phaetons at Autostadt in Wolfsburg) and they looked really special, but the old one is very stylish too. After those two links, I've come to appreciate it even more. Kashgar, you certainly chose the right car!
Sweet, one of my favorite vehicles.
ReplyDeleteYou drive an exotic car - congrats on living the dream.
ReplyDeleteWhat color is the interior?
Congrats! :)
