Artificially wet track at USGP in Austin?

Apparently, USGP's promoter loves Bernie's idea.

Well, if the sprinklers don't work, they can use a dozen (or more) water trucks, like the ones used in Abu Dhabi when they tested the Pirelli tires.  One question, how hot does it get in Austin in June?
