1991 Chevy Caprice Classic ad and review/road test

I'm trying to figure out whether I have enough to say about the various police vehicles I drove in the early 1990s (at least seven different makes/models).  In the meantime, here is one of them, the "new" aerodynamic 1991 Caprice.
