Shriracha is trendy, eh? Weird how everyone down here in SoCal has been eating that stuff for years and years, and not just in greasy-spoon ethnic joints but in high-end places as well.
It bothers me to no end that the utmost importance is placed on pronouncing "Bon Appetit" with a French accent, but the hot peppers (not the kind in Shriraca, BTW) are "Jalapeenyos".

No kidding on the Sriracha pick. I guess we're spoiled out here in California.
