This is almost all of them. About six are not displayed because they clash color-wise. Cars not shown include a neon green (what was I thinking?) NSX and a purply TVR Tuscan.
My next purchases? I'm looking for an Espada, an Islero, and Heidfeld's 1999 Mercedes CLR. And I'm sure Spark will make Heidfeld's 2012 Rebellion Lola.
I just bought my first 1/43 - a KPGC10 Skyline GT-R by Kyosho. It looks great on my desk and has much more detail and looks way better than shows on photos of this scale.
ReplyDelete@Alan: Let me know if you want a free 1/43 lime green NSX (the later generation w/o the pop-up headlights).
ReplyDeleteOf course, thank you! I love the NSX, even if it is in a bad color and not a flip light version.
ReplyDeleteI've decided to stop collecting 1/18. I love the large format but it's expensive and takes up too much space. 1/43s have really exceeded my expectations and I look forward to getting a nice collection going.
@Alan: I chose 1/43 mainly because of the space issue.
ReplyDeleteI'll do my best to remember to bring the car to C&C. Feel free to remind me as the date approaches.
I like the idea of a purply Tuscan! Which on is it?
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree about the space issue with 1:43 – it's just the right size for putting in cabinets and looking at.
@Ozmac: It's this one by Spark.

Also, it was missing the box so the guy at the store gave me a discount.
