Can't wait to finally go. I tested the Phaeton's fender with a refrigerator magnet last night. I think it's made of
aluminum plastic so the magnet wouldn't stay on. So the car will not be adorned with a
magnetic flagpole (and North Korean flag).

Good looking cars, there. On the opposite end of the performance and desirability spectrums, but that's what C & C is all about.
ReplyDeleteIf all goes well, I should have Saturdays off and I'll see you there.
Also, bummer about the flag!
ReplyDelete@Alan: My wife is relieved about the flag.
ReplyDeleteHahaha, I bet.
ReplyDeleteIf you have access to the back side of the bumper, could you put opposing strong magnets either side? Maybe 2 pairs, in a vertical line, so your flag pole does not rotate?
ReplyDeleteRe your wife - did you see the stunt pulled at APEC in Aus a while back by a satirical group called the Chaser?

@Lukas: Holy crap. Didn't know about that. Hilarious.
