She's just a nice, old lady.  'Tis all.

    Well, she looks like a nice old lady but I can't believe anything coming from NK... and being presented by the PRC State Television doesn't make it easier to believe for me!

    And finally, why wouldn't she be a happy lady. She is surely a favourite of the regime.
